Products and safe use
Softember products are designed for comfort and relaxation. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Always follow the instructions included with the product. Do not use the wrap while sleeping, on broken or sensitive skin, or on anyone who cannot feel heat or remove the product on their own. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition or have any doubts, consult a healthcare professional before use.

Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in the currency of your market, and taxes are shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock problems; if so, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping policy and Refund policy, which form part of these terms.

Warranty
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. In the European Union, products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. If your product is defective, contact us as described in our Refund policy.
