Returns and refunds

We want you to love your Softember. If it is not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

How to return

Email us at business.office.almialmacen@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.
Send the item back unused, clean and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we will refund the product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or stops working properly, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or short video. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.

Customers in the European Union
If you live in the EU, you also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day return window already includes and extends this right.
