Shipping policy

We want your Softember to reach you quickly and safely. Here is what to expect.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

United States

Shipping cost: free on all US orders.
Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days after your order ships.
Holiday orders: for delivery before Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 05. During peak season, carriers may take a little longer.
Spain and other countries
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes or duties set by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these are not included in the product price.

Wrong address or lost parcels
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, or your parcel shows as delivered but you have not received it, contact us at business.office.almialmacen@gmail.com and we will help you right away.
