From our sofa to yours.
We're a couple from Logroño, Spain, and we spend every winter wrapped in blankets. Heating pads always meant a cable across the room and controls you couldn't reach, so we went looking for something better.
Softember is the one we'd happily give to our own family: real warmth, a gentle massage, controls up front and no velcro. Every order is looked after by us, and if anything isn't right, just write to us. We answer every email ourselves.

How hot does it get?
There are three heat levels: about 45, 55 and 65°C. Start low and find your favorite.
Is it really cordless?
Yes. The wrap runs on USB power (5V/2A), so you can plug it into a USB charger or connect it to a power bank that supplies 5V/2A and move freely. A power bank is not included.
How long does it last on a power bank?
It depends on the heat level and the power bank. We're running our own tests and will publish real run times here.
Does it turn off by itself?
Yes, it has an auto shut-off timer, so you can relax without keeping an eye on it.
When will my order arrive?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days and typically arrive in 7–12 business days. For Christmas delivery in the US, we recommend ordering by December 5.
